    Healthy & Delicious Greek Meal

    On a recent lunch trip to Panera Bread, I disappointed in the very loose interpretation of a Greek salad.  You can’t just throw feta cheese on a bed of romaine and call it Greek.  Well, I guess technically you could since those items originate in Greece, but that’s just not the end of it.  I really like Panera, but this was my first time having their “Greek” salad and it left me wanting to eat a jar of kalamata olives.  That’s right, I said a JAR.  That’s because I love olives of all kinds and when I have a Greek or Mediterranean salad, I expect to have some.     Hand Soap Experiment

    I was going through the house filling up the soap dispensers yesterday and ran out of this industrial sized Shea butter soap that I’d bought a few months ago.  It was so super cheap that I had no choice but to buy it and I actually liked it a lot because it cleaned well and felt moisturizing.  But since it has the typical sulfates (no es bueno)  and lye (which all soap has in some form or other) in it, I’m pretty sure it’s not really all that great.  Well that PLUS the fact that Shea butter isn’t even on the ingredients list!
